My name is Stephen Pedi and I am the owner of  Westchester Blinds and Shades. With over fifteen years experience in the industry, I bring my expertise and knowledge to each and every appointment, giving my clients both a professional experience as well as a personal one.

I personally measure, install and service all window treatments.
